Currently under construction, the building that previously occupied the site has been demolished. Work will consist of new construction of a 7-story residential building with 220 units, 2-story steel and concrete podium with 5 levels of wood framed construction above. Amenities include lounge, fitness room, coworkin720g space, and a best-in-class 12,000 square foot rooftop lounge. The rooftop includes a dramatic sawtooth shade structure, trellis area, grilling and kitchen stations, multiple fire pits and seating areas, enclosed dog run, and an expansive array of planters and landscaping.
