West Philadelphia Achievement Charter Elementary School

The project consisted of the interior renovation of two adjoining properties totaling 49,000 square feet. The building was a Catholic School converted into an assisted care facility and ultimately a charter school for 400 students. The project involved extensive demolition and rebuilding the space to accommodate multiple classrooms, a library, multi-purpose room, music room, computer and science labs, cafeteria and administrative offices. The work was completed within the original six-month duration and budget.
