Help Philadelphia V

On September 23, a ground-breaking ceremony was held for HELP PHILADELPHIA V. The apartment complex, primarily for veterans, will be located in the former Spring Garden School that has been vacant for decades. The Philadelphia Housing Authority has partnered with the nonprofit Help USA to create 37 units of affordable housing.
