This project involved the new construction of 27 residential units across 15 buildings in the Grays Ferry neighborhood of South Philadelphia. The development includes 7 one-bedroom units, 10 two-bedroom units, and 10 three-bedroom units. Six units are fully accessible, and two units are equipped for residents with audio-visual impairments. All ground floor units are Visitable. The project also includes a community space and was designed to meet the 2020 Enterprise Green Communities criteria, Energy Star for Homes Version 3.0, and DOE Zero Energy Ready Home standards.
