Complete renovation to the historic Divine Lorraine Hotel, built in 1894. It was the city's first racially integrated hotel. Work included the installation of all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, new elevators, roof, windows and exterior façade renovations. Once completed later this year it will provide 100 market rate apartments.
