There is a hinge at the midway point of the building giving it a distinct look, and the black and gray accents provide a striking contrast to the white metal panel cladding. Tenant amenities include a community room, laundry facilities, fitness room, reading and sitting areas, and an outdoor patio with an overhead trellis.
