New construction of a 4 story affordable housing building. The building will primarily service people with disabilities and those transitioning from homelessness. This building has 47 units, a community room, a social worker and management offices. ADA units were constructed to include assistive technology switches, blinds and locks which can be utilized with smart devices. Part of the construction included renovations to the Methodist Services Bridge House II, where office spaces were added to the existing building.
