This project was the conversion of a former school into 56 loft-style apartments. We worked hand-in-hand with the architect and developer to find products that met the tight budget. Work included new MEP systems, elevator, finishes and exterior improvements. The former gymnasium was converted into two story apartments. The side of this building is home to Common Threads, an extensive mural that is a part of the Mural Arts Program of Philadelphia.
