Old First House

Located across the street from the mint in Philadelphia, the project is a five-story building plus a basement. Included in the building is residential housing, residential community room with kitchen, residential laundry, office space, and a commercial space located on the 1^st floor. Prior to construction, there was an existing building that would have been within the footprint of the new building. The façade is historic in nature, and to preserve the look and feel, a section of the building was relocated 48ft south, then tied into the new building as the office space with new interior finishes to match. The roof has a solar array, and the exterior space has new trees, planters, ADA access and courtyard area for tenants and churchgoers.
