Jonathan Rose Companies and Asociacíon Puertorriqueños en Marcha (APM) developed this 1.9 acre brownfield parcel of land adjacent to the Temple University Train Station. Completed in August 2013 the development consists of 120 rental units that include a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, nine townhomes 68 covered parking spaces and a range of tenant amenities. The second-floor apartments open to green roofs for the residents and there is a solar array on the roof that powers common areas.
The building also includes approximately 30,000 square feet of ground floor retail and community service space. Paseo Verde was awarded LEED Platinum ND (Neighborhood Development), the first in the country to achieve this rating.
