Adaptive reuse of existing townhomes along the eastern side of 3600 Lancaster Avenue and new construction of a five-story student housing building totaling 126 units. Work included interior demo of existing townhomes, green roof, new exterior and interior finishes, a breakfast bar, fitness center, common and study area, leasing office and retail space.
