New construction of a 4-story apartment building for seniors. This site once housed the former Wynne Ballroom Theatre. Domus constructed 51 total, comprised of (46) one and (5) two bedroom apartments including management and support spaces. A 1,200 square feet vanilla box was also constructed for commercial use. This project was constructed to meet the Passive House and Enterprise Green Communities standards.
